Any falsification of the information within this application will result in the refusal of this application for a purchase permit.

Please note that the current processing time is 14 days from the date that you successfully submit all required documents, including mental health release form and proof of citizenship or Resident Alien if born outside the U.S.

A non-refundable permit fee of $5.00 is required per permit. In addition, a convenience fee of $3.00 is required to process payment. These fees will be charged even if your application is denied.
